Application Instructions

Step 1: Adjust Settings & Prepare your Garment
Set your time and temperature to our recommended settings:

  • Temperature: 300˚F for cotton, polyester, and blends / 275˚F for polypropylene or non-woven
  • Pressure: Medium to Heavy Pressure

Step 2: Load Garment, Place Transfer, and Press!
Lay garment down on the lower platen, making sure seams, zippers, etc are off the edge. This ensures even application. Place the transfer print-side down so that the ink is touching the garment - make sure it's not upside down! The clear film is super helpful with making sure you're placing the transfer correctly.

Press the transfer for 10 seconds at 300˚F.

Pro tip: Use a sheet of parchment paper between the transfer and the heat press platen to reduce static. This helps avoid getting the transfer stuck to the platen and 'peeling' too early.

Step 3: Wait, Then Peel!
Our Digital Hybrid transfers must be peeled cold. Let the transfer cool completely before peeling. Once cool, grab a corner and peel diagonally in a smooth, deliberate motion.

Details & FAQ

How long do the transfers last?

Pressed correctly, our transfers hold up to 100+ home washes without cracking or fading. Wash inside out, cold, and skip high-heat drying.

What can I press onto?

Cotton, poly, blends, and most synthetics. Luxe is great for fabrics that require lower heat like dye-sublimated polyester jerseys and polypropylene.

Do you have minimums?

Yes, the minimum order quantity for Luxe is 10 pieces.

What's the difference between DTF and Luxe?

Luxe combines higher quality digital printing (using HP® technology) and screen printed waterbase inks to create a premium print. DTF is digitally printed only. At higher quantities, Luxe is more cost-effective.

What file types do you accept?

PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, JPG and TIFF. For the cleanest print, send a vector file or a 300+ DPI PNG with a transparent background, sized exactly as you want it printed. We print at the size you send and don't resize your art.
