DTF printing is a process where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred onto garments using a heat press. It allows for vibrant colors and fine details to be transferred onto various fabrics.
Glad you asked. If you order DTF before 12:00 PM ET, you'll have the option to ship it same-day! All other orders will ship next business day.
Set your heat press to 300°F and use medium to heavy pressure. Press the transfer for 7-10 seconds and immediately peel the film off while hot. A post-press with either parchment paper or a Teflon sheet can be used to achieve a matte or glossy finish.
DTF transfers can be applied to a wide range of fabrics and materials, like cotton, polyester, blends, leather, denim and more!
Yes! DTF is perfect for small orders as there are no minimum order quantities. You can order just 1 sheet! This makes them ideal for personalized and low-volume projects.
You need a heat press, DTF transfers from 613 Originals, and the garments you wish to decorate.
Gang sheets allow you to print multiple designs on a single sheet. This is cost-effective and perfect for orders that require a variety of designs but in smaller quantities
Artwork should be submitted at 300 DPI or higher for the best quality. The files can be in RGB or CMYK color space. It's important to avoid flattened backgrounds and ensure the artwork is print-ready at the correct size.
